It’s 11:10 right now on the first day of 2020. A new decade begins.

While I normally approach the first of the year with a fresh set of resolutions, today I felt a little lost in a space between wanting to set specific New Years Resolutions and not wanting to set any at all.

Eventually, I will fine-tune my goals for the year, but for now, I’m giving myself a little more time.

But goals and resolutions aside, I want to say thank you to every family I worked with this past year.

2019 was one of the best years of my life, and a big reason for that is because of the beautiful people I photographed (also: Evelyn :).

I mean this with all sincerity: every family, couple, baby, and child I photographed meant something special to me. Photography is about documenting real moments, real love, and telling stories. So thank you to all who let me do that.
